Booking Meetings is Hard!

So they say...But, it's actually not!The hard part is actually doing it consistently.Sorry, where are my manners. My name is Hopewell Mkhize, I'm a soon to be dad, former-SDR and now I run a boutique agency from my small office desk - helping mostly UK based agencies (for timezone reasons) grow their top-line revenue without increasing overhead costs. My background is that I started working for agencies myself +5 years ago.I dropped out to become a Direct Response Copywriter > then an Email Marketing Specialist > Campaign Manager > Campaign Director...Recently my sole function has been to lead the copy, research, appointment setting and customer success teams internally to generate results for clients. So, I would often do this for multiple accounts until I realised that the sales people in these agencies are selling these "outbound systems" where's I was always the one handling the fulfilment in the background. Then it hit me.Why not start an agency and offer the exact same service to businesses - cutting the middle-man and all the fluff that they tend to charge for.---Incase you were wondering - This is the desk I am writing from:

My favourite corner in my apartment.---Going back to the reason you're here.Let's kick things off with who I'd prefer not to attract as a client. (based on previous experience - nothing deeper than that)

  • An agency looking for a lead generation quick fix.

  • An agency that does not have any real case studies.

  • An agency with an average pricing of less than $3,000.

  • An agency doing SEO, Design or targeting e-commerce companies.

  • An agency not ready to spend money in exchange for good quality sales conversations with their ideal prospects.

Why not 3 months?

Most people ask me, "You say in 6 months, why not 3 months?"And the genuine answer to that is, "Our lead generation system is certainly not a silver bullet."You get out what you put in and if we put in less than 3 months you won't see the quality of results that some of our clients have been able to see after sticking around for 6 months or more.I've been a campaign manager for some of the best lead generation companies in the UK and US, and I can tell you that their number one biggest reason for clients leaving is the lack of results.I would venture on to say that it tends to be because of a mismatch between expectations and what is delivered. You see, how most agencies operate is they have a sales person who you'll hop on a call with and they'll pretend like they're listening to you but in actual fact, in their head they're staging their next "question" or "objection handling answer" which should ultimately see you signing up with the highest tier in their plans...They're incentivised to do so.Should you sign the contract - you'll then be passed over to another team that actually does the fulfillment or production or delivery of the "thing" you've bought. But the issue is, these are not the same people that are on the front-line, and if you know how the game of telephone goes - what was dicussed in the initial meet-up sometimes doesn't translate well to what the people actually do in the campaign management / appointment setting side of the process. Not only that but they're probably doing this for 2,3,5,8 other agencies in different industries - so they're fragmented and often without much bandwidth to really give your campaign the care it deserves. The reason we say 50 sales meetings booked in 6 months is because of this amazing thing called the fibonnaci pattern I saw repeating itself over and over again. What I noticed is, regardless of who is in-charge of your campaign - for the average agency, the number of meetings you're able to book from one channel if you're just starting out will follow a Fibonacci pattern;Month 1 -> will see 3 sales meetings booked.Month 2 -> 5Month 3 -> 8Month 4 -> 13Month 5 -> 21I.e The longer you leave the campaign to run, the more matured the results get and the better any campaign manager will be at scaling your campaign predictably. This is honestly, the secret that most lead generation agencies will hide from you.So, I am using this to my advantage and saying;Even if all we did was create the system in your business and trained a monkey to run it - it would still follow the above sequence. And if you pay very close attention.3 + 5 +8 +13 +21 = 50There you have it.

Previous client accounts.

Incase you were wondering.Yes, we've actually worked with agencies and gotten varying amount of success depending on a few factors.I always say, contrary to popular belief - past results do not guarantee future performance.I live by this because indeed it has been my experience that no matter how wonderful the results have been for previous agency, every new agency has it's own fingerprint. This to say that,1/ Your pricing structure might be different
2/ Your sales process is different
3/ Your sales assets are different
4/ Level of patience is different
5/ Your understanding/expectations of B2B lead generation is different
But, nonetheless, how do we ensure that we always deliver on our promise? We use a fool-proof delivery system to make sure that we exceed your expectations.Once you've chosen your plan;a) We'll initiate the process of an internal campaign strategy. Once done, we'll send over to you the minutes of that meeting and should you wish to add anything then you'll reply with your thoughts or request a meeting to go over things in more detail.b) We'll assign a dedicated researcher and data analyst who'll use a combination of B2B databases & custom scraping to build a lead list for you.c) We'll assign a dedicated direct response copywriter to write a cold email + linkedin script to that specific lead list.d) Once all the above is done, your dedicated campaign manager will then set everything up on our platforms and report to you on a weekly basis. Here are a few previous and recent campaign performance screenshots.

And these are the types of replies you can expect to receive while running this outbound system.

Reminder: This is for agencies who:

1) Are tired of paying monthly retainers
2) Are running away from businesses that don't offer any form of guarantee
6) Are tired of relying solely on referrals and inbound marketing for new business
7) Are tired of their broken or unpredictable outreach system
8) Are stuck on the same monthly revenue
Additionally, we prefer working with agencies with their sh*t together!a) Have a proven sales process for closing deals.
b) Have generated amazing results for their past clients.
c) Have a capacity to take on more clients.
d) Already have clients and are looking to scale (no starter agencies)
e) Are open to transitioning away from traditional methods to acquire clients.

How much do we charge?

Before we get into our pricing, here's something to consider. Our biggest competitor in the UK (won't mention any names) charges $4,500pm for a similar service. This adds up to $27,000 in 6 months, with no guarantee.Instead, I've decided to ask for a once-off fee and while still offering a solid guarantee - if you have not received 50 sales calls in 6 months, I'll personally pay you back "for the number of calls you've not received."I have to make this clear. This is not a full refund because running outbound campaigns at this scale is often costly.Highly unlikely that you won't get the calls, but you can rest assured that we have that in place, and it's also included in the Service Level Agreement.Sorry, back to our pricing. We charge a once-off setup fee of $1,600 + $150/sales meeting we book in your calendar. No monthly charges. No upsells. This is Done-For-You Business Development at scale. And we do not start until the money has been paid (also based on past experience).here's a proper breakdown below.
